South American Ecuadorian international footballer Marco Angulo has died a month after being seriously injured in a car accident.
According to the British broadcaster BBC, 22-year-old young footballer Marco Angulo was seriously injured in a car accident that occurred in the Ecuadorian capital Quito on October 7.
Marco remained in hospital for more than a month after the accident and now his club has announced the footballer's death.
According to reports, the young footballer had undergone several operations before passing away on Monday night, he had been in the ICU for a week.
