Russian President Vladimir Putin has threatened that appropriate action will be taken if Ukraine tries to acquire nuclear weapons.
Talking to journalists from BRICS member countries in Moscow, the Russian President said that it is no longer difficult to create nuclear weapons in the modern world.
He said that he does not know whether Ukraine is capable of doing this at this time, but it is certain that it will not be easy for Ukraine at this time.
Vladimir Putin further said that there are not many difficulties in the development of nuclear weapons in this era, everything is clear how to carry out this process.
Vladimir Putin also said that building nuclear weapons would be a provocation and any step in that direction would be met with an appropriate response.
The Russian president said that even before the start of the war, Ukraine had said that they should have nuclear weapons, but Russia would not allow that to happen under any circumstances.
