Russia attacked a military institute in Poltava, Ukraine with ballistic missiles.
According to the Ukrainian authorities, 2 ballistic missiles were fired at the military institute, 51 people were killed and 235 injured in the Russian attack.
The Ukrainian authorities did not give further details of the dead and injured.
However, according to analysts, Ukrainian soldiers may be among the dead and wounded.
On the other hand, three days of mourning have been announced in Poltava.
