Islamabad - The list of witnesses in the new Tosha Khana 2 reference filed in the Accountability Court against PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi has come out, the names of 22 people are included in the witnesses, sources say. Among the witnesses, the name of Binyamin Section Officer Toshahkhana Cabinet Division is on the list, while Director NAB Shafqat Mahmood and the investigating officer of the case Muhammad Mohsin Haroon are also included in the list of witnesses.
Sources also say that Protocol Officer Prime Minister House Talat Mahmood, Additional Director NAB Qaiser Mahmood along with Assistant Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Muhammad Fahim, former Military Secretary Brigadier Muhammad Ahmed and former Prime Minister's Personal Secretary Inamullah Shah are also named as the new Toshakhana. Reference witnesses included.
The registrar of the accountability court will review the Tosha Khana Two Reference filed by NAB.
After removing the objections, the reference will be sent to the Administrative Judge of the Accountability Court. The Administrative Judge will decide on the reference itself or to transfer it to another accountability court. Yesterday, the accountability court sent both to judicial remand. Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi were arrested on July 13 by NAB. Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi were in the custody of NAB for a total of 37 days for the purpose of investigation. During investigation Imran Khan, Bushra Bibi were also provided question paper by NAB.
