In the 27th minute of the second quarter, Christopher Roer gave Germany the lead, which Sukhjit Singh ended in the 36th minute of the third quarter.
Marko Miltkau scored the decisive goal in the 54th minute of the fourth and final quarter to qualify the team for the final.
The gold medal match between Germany and the Netherlands, while the bronze medal match between India and Spain will be held on Sunday, August 8.
