The 46-year-old reality TV star recently flew to Turkey to get a £10k facelift. She was arrested at Heathrow Airport when she returned to the UK after skipping a bankruptcy hearing in court.
Katy was pictured with bandages covering her face and head, and opted for large sunglasses when she finally appeared at the Royal Courts of Justice in London to discuss her financial woes.
But she has since revealed that her face is on the mend. The former glamor model took to her Instagram Stories to show off the results of her recent facelift with a glam selfie.

Recent pictures show Katy and her boyfriend, married to First Sight UK star JJ Slater, looking at a wedding gown. This gave rise to rumors that they are planning to tie the knot soon.
Katie recently appeared at the Royal Court of Justice in London after being arrested at Heathrow Airport on her return from Turkey to the UK. A warrant was out for his arrest because he skipped a bankruptcy hearing to go on a trip.
The star, who is battling an unpaid tax bill of £760,000, was told in court she must attend a further hearing on her finances - no ifs or buts, Judge Daniel Shaffer told Katie, 27 The date was given at 10.30 in the morning of August.
He said: You have to appear on this date, no ifs or buts, no going abroad, no leave. Katie said she understood and added: I'll pass on my diary for her.
He later asked if she could appear via Zoom or in a side room to which the judge said: No, Katie said she had a hard time in court.
Katie told the court she did not have legal representation, saying: I have tried to get legal advice but I have been charged £50,000 up front. Obviously I pay 40% of what I earn during bankruptcy and they want me to pay tax and VAT - that leaves me with no money to pay £50,000 up front for legal representation. .
I find it difficult. I can't get legal aid as I earn - I don't know what to do. She added: I cannot get legal aid because I earn. I don't know what to do about it.
Katie wrote about her impending arrest on social media: I just want to thank everyone who has been so supportive and sympathetic to my situation this week with my pending arrest. Despite the false report, I am now back from shooting my documentary.
