Katy was pictured with bandages covering her face and head, and opted for large sunglasses when she finally appeared at the Royal Courts of Justice in London to discuss her financial woes.

But she has since revealed that her face is on the mend. The former glamor model took to her Instagram Stories to show off the results of her recent facelift with a glam selfie.
