Local police found Maisie Marie Leathers, 24, vomiting minutes after her white Mercedes crashed into a black Range Rover and a silver Suzuki - but only because bystanders stopped her from fleeing the carnage on foot.

According to the arrest report, the victim had to be extricated from his wrecked vehicle at first, but he later died at the hospital.
The second victim died on the spot as Lawthers and the wife of one of the victims survived.

At the time of the crash, Lawthers allegedly told Miami police he had taken a party drug known as 'Tusi' or 'Tuci' - also known as 'pink cocaine' - before getting behind the wheel.
The killer and the driver of the Range Rover were also injured and Lawthers was taken for treatment as she awaits a court appearance.
Bystanders had to grab him and bring him back to prevent him from fleeing the scene, the arrest report said.
Officials later noted that the killer model's license had been suspended since January.
Miami-Dade Judge Mandy Glazer told the court during Friday's hearing: 'If it hadn't been for the nearby citizens who stopped her, she would have completely escaped.
'He suggested that he was under the influence of Tuci [2C]. A popular party drug and that she was from the future and had a crystal ball.
I believe the increased bond is warranted. He's an absolute menace to the community based on killing two people while driving, which you shouldn't even be in a car with. And he is clearly disabled based on his statements.'
Right now, Leathers is in jail at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center until she can post her $140,000 bond. If he is released, the killer will remain under house arrest.
