Maryam Nawaz said that Faiz Hameed played a role in bringing down the PML-N government for 2 years and destroying the country by supporting the Imran Khan government for 4 years. The former DGISI should be made a lesson for playing an unconstitutional role so that no one dares to do this again in the future.
He said that when General Faiz Hameed was serving DGISI, I went to court against him, I submitted an application and presented evidence, in which the biggest evidence was that General Faiz was the then Islamabad High. Court judge Shaukat Aziz went to Siddiqui's house and told him that we have 2 years of hard work, you have to punish Nawaz Sharif and Maryam and not give bail.
Maryam Nawaz said that General Faiz worked hard for 2 years, after bringing Imran, he worked hard to destroy this country for 4 years, not only he should be court martialed but also he should be tried.
