San Diego - A drone show based on the theme of the movie Deadpool & Wolverine has set a Guinness World Record for the largest aerial display.
SkyElements' drone show, co-sponsored by Marvel, set a record by using 1,599 drones to photograph Deadpool at San Diego Comic-Con.
The show also broke the record moments later with a photo of X-Men character Wolverine featuring 1,607 drones.
SkyElements previously set the first record with an aerial photo of the Nutcracker during Christmas 2023.
SkyElements' production manager, Tyler Kubicz, told Guinness World Records that the company's main goal with this record was to showcase its capabilities like never before.
