Dhaka - A man hanging from the fourth floor of a building during anti-government protests in Bangladesh miraculously survived despite being shot six times by the police.

According to a Bangladeshi newspaper, after internet service was restored in Bangladesh on July 23, a video went viral on social media in which a man can be seen hanging from a building under construction.

In the video, it can be seen that two policemen then come to the under-construction building after which gunshots are heard, during which the policemen are seen targeting the man hanging from the building.

From the scenes seen in this video, it seems that the person hanging from the building has died after being hit by bullets.

When a local journalist visited the building under construction on July 24, blood stains were also seen, but no information was available about the person seen in the video.

According to the Bangladeshi newspaper, the name of the person seen in the video is Amir, who told about the incident that he was going home after praying when the security forces and the police opened fire on the protestors, due to which he ran away and an under construction. He hid on the fourth floor of the building.

Aamir said that on one occasion the policemen entered the building due to which he hung on the wall of the building but after some time 2 policemen saw him there and one of the policemen told him to jump from the building or else. He will be shot.

The police then fired shots at Aamir, six of which hit his legs, but Aamir hung on to a rod until the police left, after which he climbed to the third floor. Agra.

Aamir said that he screamed for help but no one heard his voice amid the sound of gunfire.

Aamir said, At one point I gave up but the thought of my old father and my sister, for whose marriage I was collecting money, kept me alive.

After about 3 hours a student who entered the building saw Aamir, by that time Aamir was bleeding profusely, and 2 doctors from a nearby hospital who were present in the area came to Aamir's aid who helped him. Tried to stop the bleeding from the wounds.

Aamir said that he kept telling me that we will not let you die, just keep your eyes open.

Aamir was taken to the hospital where he was given first aid and shifted to Dhaka Medical College where he was admitted for 3 days as the number of critical patients in the hospital was increasing.

According to the doctors, if there was a delay of 5 to 10 minutes in bringing Aamir to the hospital, he could have died due to excessive bleeding.

Aamir's family says that after the video went viral, we heard that the police were looking for us, they were arresting those people who were shot in the legs, that's why we remained silent, journalists were also looking for us. But we did not talk to anyone until Hasina Wajid's government ended.

Aamir's condition is now out of danger and he is recovering fast, but he still needs support, doctors say that it may take time for Aamir to fully recover due to heavy bleeding. is
