The citizens said that Ferozwala police station factory area police raided the house of a citizen named Reza and tortured a pregnant woman.

The woman's family alleged that Ferozwala sub-inspector Abrar kicked the pregnant woman's stomach during the house raid and the 9-month-old girl died due to police violence. After the police violence, the woman's condition became critical and she was shifted to the hospital where the doctors had to perform an emergency operation and the baby girl was born dead due to the critical condition of the mother.

Doctors said that the condition of the woman is still in danger. Regarding this whole incident, SHO Ferozwala said that the police had raided the house of a citizen named Reza on the suspicion of stealing a mobile phone. While the government of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz is completely silent regarding this incident. Maryam Nawaz has not yet taken notice of this incident, nor has any action been ordered
