Islamabad - Maulana Fazlur Rehman, head of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam, has said that using force against political forces is not a solution to problems, but it will increase political chaos. Reacting to the government's decision to ban the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that the country can be managed if all the institutions are reduced to the prescribed scope as per the constitution.
He said that the sooner the powerful circles understand this fact, the better it will be for the country and them. Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that the authorities should admit that the current hybrid system has failed, and the solution to the problems in the country should be renewed. It involves conducting transparent elections. Maulana Fazlur Rahman said that to solve the political crisis, the army will have to separate itself from politics.
