Maya Devi Gupta said that she was given chocolate by a child on her birthday, which she ate a few days later, but when her artificial teeth came out, the ground fell out from under my feet.
Maya Devi said I found a famous brand of coffee-flavored chocolate. After eating the chocolate I felt something like a crunchy piece. But when I tried to chew it again, it felt very hard to me. Then when I took it out, I was surprised to see that it was artificial teeth.
After the incident, the retired principal lodged a complaint with the District Food and Drug Department of Khargaon.
A team has been sent to investigate the matter, said HL Awasiya, an official of the Food Safety and Drug Administration.
The department has obtained samples from a shop where the chocolates were purchased, after which the samples will be sent to the laboratory for testing.
