Islamabad - Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has submitted the affiliation forms of 38 independent members to the Election Commission. According to Private TV, 3 independent members have not yet submitted their affidavit related to affiliation with PTI. The members who have not submitted their affidavits include Sahibzada Mehboob Sultan, Mubeen Arif, and Riyaz Fatiana. These three members are abroad.

It has been mentioned in the report that Tehreek-e-Insaf has also submitted additional documents along with the affidavit of the members of the National Assembly. It should be noted that on July 12, the Supreme Court annulled the decision of the Peshawar High Court and the Election Commission in the case of specific seats of the Sunni Unity Council. 

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf was declared entitled to certain seats. A 13-member full bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faiz Isa had declared the Election Commission's decision unconstitutional, according to the dissenting note of Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa and Jamal Khan Mandukhel, the candidates who had withdrawn their nomination papers.


He did not submit a declaration that he is a part of PTI's parliamentary party, so the Election Commission should include PTI with other political parties and allocate certain seats. interpreted.

The Supreme Court had ordered the Election Commission to allocate certain seats in the National Assembly to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf while it had directed the Tehreek-e-Insaf to submit its list of members with affidavits to the Election Commission.
