Islamabad - Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government came into action to save social media activist of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Sanam Javed from arrest. According to the details, Sanam Javed, who was released from jail after a long time after the orders of the Islamabad High Court, has been transferred to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House located in the federal capital of Sanam on the instructions of Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur.


In this regard, Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's spokesman Yar Muhammad Niazi confirmed and said that Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur was in constant contact with Sanam Javed's father and husband. Sanam Javed has not been transferred there alone but her entire family is with her.

It is being told that the Islamabad High Court ordered the release of PTI social media activist Sanam Javed while preventing her arrest till Thursday. In this regard, Islamabad High Court Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb heard the petition of Sanam Javed's father Iqbal Javed Khan. Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb instructed the lawyer Mian Ali Ashfaq that Sanam Javed will not go out of Islamabad till Thursday, there will be a further hearing in this regard on Thursday. During this time Sanam Javed should be quiet', after lawyer Mian Ali Ashfaq left the court with PTI leader Sanam Javed.


Earlier, the Islamabad High Court had stopped the police from taking Sanam Javed outside the federal capital, the court summoned IG Islamabad and DGFIA in their personal capacity in Sanam Javed's case. Sanam Javed was also ordered to appear before the High Court, after hearing the court decision, Sanam Javed's father and mother flooded the courtroom.
