Karachi - The police arrested the accused who allegedly raped a 6-year-old girl in Landhi Sherpao Colony.
According to the police, a girl was found in a semi-unconscious state in a sack near Moladat Cemetery, Quaidabad Sherpao Colony. On information, the police reached the spot took the girl into custody, and arrested the accused, Javed son of Mumtaz, after identifying the victim.

SSP Malir Kashif Abbasi has said that the victim girl (S) is a resident of Sherpao Colony who was playing outside the house when the accused took the girl to his house. The arrested accused is addicted to drugs. Later it will be clear that the accused is the neighbor of the girl.
The accused tried to rape the girl and subjected her to torture. Due to the violence, the condition of the girl worsened, the accused put the unconscious girl in a sack threw her near the graveyard, and escaped. The victim was treated. He has been shifted to Jinnah Hospital for treatment and medical while further investigation is going on regarding the incident
