Rawalpindi - Founder PTI Imran Khan demanded to hold new elections in the country, action should be taken against those who have made his party reserved for women and minorities under Article 6 of the Constitution. He said that the decision of the Supreme Court has made the partisan attitude and malice of the Election Commission against PTI clear and strengthens our position. We stand against all those who are responsible for disenfranchising millions of voters and supporters of Pakistan's largest political party. They demand criminal action under Article 6 (relating to treason) of the Constitution.

Imran Khan warned Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa against being a part of any bench hearing cases against PTI and himself. Away from the ongoing cases against TI. A 13-member full bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faiz Isa declared the Election Commission's decision unconstitutional. The decision was written by Justice Mansoor Ali Shah. 

The court declared the Election Commission's notification of May 13 unconstitutional. The majority judgment of the Supreme Court said that a party cannot be deprived of the electoral process by depriving it of an election symbol. The Supreme Court in a majority judgment declared that PTI is a political party which had declared the right of women and minority seats.
