Islamabad - Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Leader Imran Khan approached the Judges Committee against Chief Justice Qazi Faizaisa. According to the details, an application was filed against Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa in the Judges Committee on behalf of the former Prime Minister, in which he has requested that Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa should not file any case related to me, my family, and PTI. Listen, the Judges Committee should not include the Chief Justice in the benches of Tehreek-e-Insaf and Sunni Ittehad Council cases.
In the petition, Imran Khan has adopted a position that in 2019, on the advice of legal experts, he recommended sending a presidential reference against Qazi Faiz Isa. on the basis of a false impression, that Serena Isa spread poison against me in public, Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa agreed with his wife's actions, but I thought that after assuming the post of Chief Justice, Qazi Faiz Isa would forget the past. But it is very clear from the conduct of the Chief Justice that nothing like this has happened, therefore there is no hope of getting justice according to the constitution and law in the presence of Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa on the bench.

Apart from this, in the intra-court appeal against the annulment of the amendments, Founder Chairman PTI Imran Khan has raised an objection against Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa, where he took the stand that the court should pay attention to a majority decision of the Supreme Court with utmost respect.
I would like to draw attention to the existing observations, in the light of the 2021 decision of the Supreme Court in the case of the action against the distribution of development funds by the Prime Minister to the members of the National and Provincial Assembly, this justice to maintain the principle of neutrality. It would be in the interest of Justice Qazi Faiz Isa (as he is the Chief Justice at present) not to hear the matters relating to me.
