King Charles narrowly escapes suspected attack after Camilla Trump firing

Details of King Charles, Queen Camilla's security fears emerge

King Charles and Queen Camilla narrowly avoided a potential attack when security spotted a feast during a visit to St Helier, Jersey.

Just two days after the assassination of former US President Donald Trump last week, the royal couple were turned away from an open-air expo after a security official spotted a suspicious man on the roof.

The suspect was spotted in Liberation Square, St Helier, Jersey, where the royal couple were receiving well-wishers.

To avoid further danger to the royal family, Charles and Camilla were taken to a nearby hotel.

There was a small issue of concern, the investigation turned out to be a false alarm, every precaution was taken and the program resumed shortly after," a royal source told The Sun.

The suspect was challenged by the police, but no action was taken after a background check. The incident was termed as a false alarm.

The King and Queen were then taken back outside to meet the local schoolchildren before being welcomed as guests at the tea party.

Security was tight after the shooting at a Republican rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, on Saturday, where Trump was speaking.

The former US president was shot in the ear by 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, who was stationed on a nearby rooftop. Crooks is then killed by Secret Service snipers.

A volunteer firefighter was inadvertently killed and two other people involved in the rally were injured in the attack by the miscreants.
