Bangladesh Curfew will be relaxed by 2 hours in the afternoon

The curfew that came into force in Bangladesh from 6 pm last evening will be relaxed today at 12 noon local time.


According to the news agency, after 105 people were killed in the ongoing student protest against the quota system for government jobs in Bangladesh, a curfew was imposed across the country from 6 pm last evening.

Following the violent protests, the army has been deployed across the country and internet service has also been suspended across the country.

The army is patrolling the streets of Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, but the curfew will be relaxed for two hours at 12 noon local time.

According to the news agency, the nationwide curfew will remain in effect until 10 am local time tomorrow morning.

It should be noted that the number of deaths has reached 105 in the violent protests that have been going on for 5 days, while more than 2500 people have been injured in the clashes between the police and students that have been going on for several days, including 104 policemen and 30 journalists.
