Islamabad - Petitioner has filed a revision appeal in the illegal marriage case against Chairman PTI Imran Khan. Filed. According to media reports, it was stated in the petition that without any reason, Bushra Bibi separated from Khawar Manika and married the former prime minister.

Aoon Chaudhry and Mufti Saeed recorded their statement before the civil judge. It was further stated in the petition that in February 2018, Mufti Saeed again solemnized the marriage of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi, the civil judge declared the complaint inadmissible and did not fulfill the legal requirements.

Session Judge Azam Khan has fixed the revision appeal on July 13 for hearing, the Session Judge has issued notices to Imran Khan and the petitioner.

It should be remembered that the session court of Islamabad had declared the petition related to the allegation of the illegal marriage of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi inadmissible, while Chairman PTI Imran Khan and his wife on the allegation of marriage during Eid. An application was filed in the court for action against both, in the District and Sessions Court of Islamabad, citizen Muhammad Hanif filed an application in which Imran Khan, Bushra Bibi, and the state were made parties. In the petition filed against them under Section 496, the citizen contended that Bushra Bibi had married without completing Idda which is illegal. A copy of the marriage of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi is also attached to the complaint.
