Islamabad - The court issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Imran Khan in the female judge intimidation case, rejected the request for exemption from attendance, and ordered him to appear on April 18. According to media reports, the District and Sessions Court Islamabad has given its verdict on the request for immunity from the presence of Imran Khan in the woman judge intimidation case. 

It started, Prosecutor Raja Rizwan Abbasi appeared in the court of Civil Judge Malik Aman, where the prosecutor opposed the petition filed by Imran Khan for exemption from attendance today and pleaded with the court that Imran Khan is absent, to change bailable to non-bailable. 

Let's do it, hearing the excuse of Wazirabad, Wazirabad was not there two days ago, when the High Court appeared, the request for exemption from Imran Khan's presence on every date was granted, the judge said on the previous hearing that he granted exemption many times. After which non-bailable arrest warrants were issued.

The prosecutor objected that Imran Khan's medical report was not submitted, concrete reasons were not given for his non-attendance, and Imran Khan's request for exemption from attendance was not signed by him, only his lawyers signed it. Imran Khan's immunity request should be dismissed. The prosecutor requested the court to issue a non-bailable arrest warrant for Imran Khan.
