Mumbai – An FIR has been registered against Kapil Sharma for showing people drinking alcohol in courtroom scenes.
According to Indian media reports, in an episode of Kapil Sharma’s show, courtroom scenes were shown in which people were seen drinking alcohol. A case was registered against MP Singh under the provisions of the IT Act and Excise Act.
The said episode of the Pul Sharma show was aired on January 19 last year while the same episode was aired again on April 24 this year.
It should be noted that The Kapil Sharma Show is being re-broadcast from August 21 after a seven-month hiatus.
