ISLAMABAD - Coronavirus has killed 24 more people across the country in the last 24 hours while 1,683 new cases have come to light.
According to the latest figures released by the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), the total number of deaths from corona in Pakistan has risen to 22,493 since the recent deaths, while the number of victims from corona has risen to 967,633. A total of 34,531 people are still receiving treatment across the country. Nine lakh 10 thousand 609 Pakistanis defeated the deadly virus
Punjab is the largest province affected by Corona where 347,347 people were diagnosed with the deadly virus. 10,798 people have succumbed to the deadly virus while 8,148 people are still undergoing treatment in the province while 328,401 people have returned to life after defeating the virus.
In Sindh, 343,303 corona cases were reported, 5,552 people died while 315,883 people recovered. In Sindh, 21,868 corona patients are undergoing treatment.
In the federal capital Islamabad, 83,259 people were infected with the corona, 781 died, and 81,170 people succumbed to the deadly virus. There are 1,308 active cases in the federal capital
In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 138,855 people were diagnosed with corona, 4,346 people lost their lives while 133,004 people recovered. The number of active cases of corona in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is 1,505.
In Balochistan, coronavirus was confirmed in 27,502 people, 315 people died, 26,568 people recovered, 619 active cases. In Gilgit-Baltistan, 6,639 people confirmed coronavirus out of which 111 people lost their lives, 6,040 people recovered. In Gilgit, 488 corona cases are under treatment
In Azad Jammu and Kashmir, 20,728 people were infected with corona, 590 people died while 19,543 people are living healthy lives after treatment. There are 595 active cases in the state
