Ten people are being treated for injuries, two of whom have been sent to the hospital. "The back of the building, perhaps a third or more, is completely unoccupied," Surfings Mayor Charles Burkett told a news conference. "At least one person has died. About 30 units have been affected." Florida Gov. Ron de Saints said he would travel to South Florida by the end of Thursday.
