The Civil Aviation Authority has issued new travel guidelines for 23 countries

Corona test is not mandatory for passengers in category A countries, test duration will be 72 hours for category B passengers, NOC will be mandatory for category C India, South Africa, Brazil, Zimbabwe and others


ISLAMABAD (10bmnews Latest News) The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has issued a new travel guideline to curb the spread of corona cases in Pakistan. The arrival of passengers from 23 countries will be subject to NOC. 


India is also among the 23 countries in Category C. According to the details, the Civil Aviation Authority has issued a new travel directive, which has been notified by the Director of Transport.


The travel ban has been extended till April 30. A meeting of the National Command and Operations Center will be held on April 28 to review the travel ban. The arrival of passengers from 23 countries in Category C will be subject to the permission of the NOC.


Without NOC, there will be a complete ban on the arrival of passengers from Corona Category C countries in Pakistan the number of Category a countries has been increased to 20


Corona tests are not required for travelers from Category A countries. The duration of the PCR test for passengers from Category B countries will be 72 hours category c includes 23 countries including South Africa Brazil Zimbabwe and India 


Permission to enter from c category countries was made conditional on the NOC of the NCOC It has been informed that Pakistani Nikop and POC cardholders in the countries of the said category will also be barred from entering pakistan


Similarly, the situation will be reviewed at the NCOC meeting on April 28 to review the travel restrictions. On the other hand, Canada has also imposed a 30-day ban on flights to Pakistan and India after the air ban on Pakistan PIA flights will not be able to go to Canada for 30 days
