According to Gulf News, a 38-year-old man from India works in a company in Dubai. His mother had been seriously ill for the past year and had been seeking leave from the company but her application was not granted.
In August this year, the company announced that it would send 22 people to India, but the man’s name was not included in the list. The company did not release him even after the death of his previous mother, who attacked his fellow Indian worker with a knife and severely injured him.
Fellow employees said that the accused was very upset due to his mother’s illness. When he got the news of his mother’s death, he was saddened but when he did not get leave, he became very angry. At first, he went into the room and broke into it, but still, his anger did not subside, so he picked up a knife from the kitchen and attacked his senior.
Police say Mazroob has been stabbed 11 times, seriously injuring him. Police have taken the accused into custody but his identity has not been revealed
