Akshay Kumar issues rs 500 crore damages notice
Mumbai (Web Desk) Indian film star Akshay Kumar has issued a notice to Indian YouTuber to pay Rs 500 crore as compensation for uploading false videos against the actor in the Sashant Singh Rajput suicide case and making baseless allegations against him.
According to Indian media reports actor Akshay Kumar has given a defamation notice to YouTuber from Bihar who had made false and baseless allegations against Akshay Kumar in the Sashant Singh Rajput suicide case.

The Bollywood actor’s lawyer told Indian media that Akshay Kumar has suffered trauma and distress due to the defamatory and insulting videos including loss of reputation and goodwill and that is why the actor A notice of Rs 500 crore has been sent. The lawyer said that the said videos make several false and baseless allegations against Akshay Kumar that the actor helped Riya Chakraborty to flee to Canada.
The law firm said in a statement that the videos were false baseless and defamatory and were deliberately published to mislead the public.
The actor has ordered the publication of an unconditional apology from YouTube and the removal of all such videos in the notice and also said to refrain from uploading such videos in future. The notice said that if YouTube Failure to respond to the notice within three days will result in legal action being taken against the actors.
It may be recalled that on June 14 this year Shashant Singh Rajput was found dead in his apartment. The actor’s girlfriend Riya Chakraborty was arrested by the NCB in a drug case related to his death but has now been released on bail.
