NEW YORK – A man in the United States shot and killed his wife on the second day of his life insurance policy, according to the Daily Star. The day before, he had taken life insurance of two and a half million dollars and two days later, he was killed. Yuan lived with Christopher in his hometown.
Yuan was shot dead in his home. Police have arrested Christopher as a suspect. Police say the suspect pretended to be unaware of the murder during the interrogation and said he was not at home at the time and that his wife may have been killed by someone who might have entered the house with intent to commit the crime.
He later confessed to the murder. A pistol was also recovered from his possession, from which he shot Yuan. He said he killed Yuan to claim 2.5 million in insurance
