Terrorists attack security forces in South Waziristan


Rawalpindi – Pakistan Army’s operation against terrorists and their facilitators in the country is continuing successfully. In response to the firing of terrorists, the security forces retaliated.

According to Pakistan Army Public Relations Department, terrorists opened fire on security forces in the Saratoga district of South Waziristan. At least two Pakistani soldiers were martyred by the terrorists. Full retaliation was taken.

Security forces are conducting a clearance operation in the area to search for the terrorists. It has been reported that Lance Naik Umar Ali Khan and soldier Muhammad Sirajuddin were martyred while fighting against terrorists. 

The martyred 26-year-old Lance Naik Umar Ali Khan belonged to Bannu and the 23-year-old soldier Muhammad Sirajuddin belonged to DI Khan. ISPR says that Pakistan Army is focused on annihilating illegal intimidation from the country
