Rawalpindi A full practice session of Pakistani and Australian players even today

The Pakistan and Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and Cricket Australia introduced the Qadir-Beno trophy for the Pakistan-Australia Test series.

The historic Test series between Pakistan and Australia is just two days away, with both teams taking part in a full practice session at the Pindi Cricket Stadium.

Betters of the teams faced long spells of spinners in the nets, Nathan Lyon and Mitchell Swapson in the Australian nets while Sajid Khan and Noman Ali bowled long in the Pakistani nets.

Before the start of the practice session, the captains of both the teams Babar Azam and Pat Cummins participated in the unveiling ceremony of the Test series trophy.

According to the joint decision of the two boards, the trophy of this series has been named as Qadir-Beno. During the practice session, the Australian players were seen inspecting the pitch.

At the end of the practice session, Pakistan’s head coach Thaqleen Mushtaq, batting coach Mohammad Yousuf, captain Babar Azam, and vice-captain Mohammad Rizwan also took a long look at the pitch being prepared for the Rawalpindi Test.
