ISLAMABAD – Attorney General of Pakistan Khalid Javed Khan has written a letter to opposition leader Shahbaz Sharif regarding Nawaz Sharif’s return to Pakistan. In the letter, the Attorney General of Pakistan has demanded from Shahbaz Sharif to Implement the return guarantee.
According to the details, the letter said that Nawaz Sharif’s medical reports should be submitted to the special board within 10 days. On November 16, 2019, the Lahore High Court allowed Nawaz Sharif to leave.
According to the doctors’ instructions, Nawaz Sharif was allowed to go out for four weeks. You have violated the affidavit by not giving medical reports of Nawaz Sharif. You also violated the court order by not giving medical reports. I am contacting you to give reports before approaching the Lahore High Court.
The letter further said that the Punjab government had constituted a committee to examine the medical reports of Nawaz Sharif and the special medical board had submitted its report on January 17.
According to the medical board, no report of Nawaz Sharif’s tests was submitted. In the absence of reports, a final opinion on Nawaz Sharif’s health cannot be given. In his letter, the Attorney General clarified to the Leader of the Opposition that according to media reports, Nawaz Sharif is in good health in London.
Her condition was described as critical, but her condition improved as soon as she arrived in London. Nawaz Sharif has not been admitted to the hospital for a single day after his departure from London. His political and social activities are continuing.
It is said that Nawaz Sharif is in good health now and he has never been shifted to the hospital since he left for London. He was guaranteed to return to the country after four weeks.
