Brisbane – Australian spinner Nathan Lane has finally taken his 400th Test wicket. Australian spinner Nathan Lane has finally taken his 400th Test wicket after a long wait, becoming the 17th player in the world to reach this single mile. It took 326 days to reach the 399-400 mark. 

Thirteen of the 17 bowlers crossed the 399-400 mark in a single Test, James Anderson 4, Dale Steyn 7, and Stuart Broad 76 days. Nathan Lane played 53 Tests in Australia. Matches played, his home Test wickets number 204 which he obtained with an average of 32.87
