After criticizing the government policies of PML-N President Shahbaz Sharif, Federal Minister for Energy Hamad Azhar has said that the PTI government has improved the economy by rejecting the policies of PML-N.

At a press conference in Model Town Lahore on Saturday, PML-N President and Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly Shahbaz Sharif had sharply criticized the government’s economic policies and said that the economic situation was deteriorating rapidly. Once done, the matter will get out of hand.

In response to his criticism, Federal Minister Hamad Azharne on Saturday evening said that if the policies of the PML-N had continued, the country would have been on the brink of disaster.

He said: Shahbaz Sharif was wrong before and is still wrong with regard to the economy. Inflation in the country is rising due to rising global prices. As prices fall in the global market, so will price in Pakistan.

 According to the Federal Minister: According to the report of the World Bank, poverty has been reduced in Pakistan. Pakistan’s economy is growing at a rate of five percent. And a five percent growth rate means that unemployment is declining in the country

Earlier, PML-N President Shahbaz Sharif had said in his press conference that “the country is in dire straits.

He said that the economic situation of the country was deteriorating rapidly and if it was not controlled then the matter would get out of hand. Pakistan is being enslaved by taking money from IMF. We have to get out of this situation. PTI and Pakistan cannot go together he said.

Rejecting the electronic voting machines, Shahbaz Sharif said, It is the malice of the government to shut down EVMs like RTS. He said that the opposition had many options against the government and consultations would be held on the platform of PDM to bring a no-confidence motion.

Talking about the PTI’s foreign funding case, he said that the Election Commission should give its verdict in the case soon so that we become the milk and water of those who call us thieves. He said that the opposition would also launch a march against inflation
