The youth in the venue threw a shoe towards the stage which fell near Ali Amin Gandapur. Immediately after the incident, the police arrested the youth who was trying to hit the shoe, while a stampede broke out in the hall. Before police could arrest the assailant, PTI activists grabbed the young man and tortured him.
After the incident, Federal Minister Ali Amin Gandapur said that the opponents do such a thing by paying money. It may be mentioned here that Federal Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has been present in Azad Kashmir for the last several days to campaign for the elections.
Ali Amin Gandapur is leading the PTI’s election campaign, during which he has been embroiled in controversy. Recently, a video of the federal minister distributing money among the people came to light, after which the Azad Kashmir Election Commissioner has ordered to register a case against Ali Amin Gandapur. Ali Amin Gandapur’s position is that he paid for the construction of a road in an area out of his own pocket, no illegal act was done by him.
