Bahawalpur – A video of a youth dancing during a seminar held at Islamia University Bahawalpur is going viral on social media.
According to the video, the two-day seminar was organized by the Special Education Department under the theme ‘Research in Special Education. The seminar continued from November 22 to 23. It is going viral and consumers are expressing their anger and admiration
