Corona cases are on the rise in Karachi Murtaza Wahab

Administrator Karachi Murtaza Wahab said that the number of cases of corona in the city has increased rapidly in the last two weeks.

Murtaza Wahab said in a statement that the government was reviewing the situation and the data of the Corona cases. Administrator Karachi once again asked citizens to get vaccinated and follow SOPs.

He said that the situation could remain normal if corona patients were not under pressure at the hospitals, however, the government would take decisions based on the ground realities.

According to the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), 1,649 more cases of coronavirus have been reported in Pakistan in the last 24 hours. Lost, 330 more patients were cured, while the rate of positive cases came down to 3.66%.

Across Pakistan, 28,972 coronavirus patients have died so far, bringing the total number of infected patients to 1,35,707.

Of the 17,748 patients being treated for coronavirus in hospitals, quarantine centers, ventilators, and homes across the country, 617 are in critical condition, while 1,258,987 have been cured so far.

In the last 24 hours, 45,002 more coronaviruses have been tested in the country, while a total of 238,47,572 corona tests have been done so far.
