ISLAMABAD – Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) has announced its support for the united opposition. Opposition leader Shahbaz Sharif said that four members of the BAP Assembly have decided to join the no-confidence motion. The BAP party will meet the expectations of the people of Balochistan.

According to details, Balochistan Awami Party has announced to join the no-confidence motion in a joint press conference with the leadership of the united opposition.

On the occasion, Opposition Leader Shahbaz Sharif said that four members of the Balochistan Awami Party Assembly have decided to join in the no-confidence motion. Has decided in the wider interest of Pakistan, we will meet their expectations.

After the no-confidence motion, the new government will work sincerely for the deprivation of the people of Balochistan. Baap will cooperate fully with the party leaders.

On the other hand, a no-confidence motion has been moved in the National Assembly against Prime Minister Imran Khan. In the meeting, Deputy Speaker of National Assembly Qasim Soori directed Leader of the Opposition Shahbaz Sharif to present a motion on which Leader of the Opposition Shahbaz Sharif moved a no-confidence motion. 

The motion of no-confidence was supported by 161 members, on which a no-confidence motion was formally allowed against Prime Minister Imran Khan.

The no-confidence motion will be debated on a regular basis. The Speaker National Assembly has adjourned the House till 4 pm on Thursday, March 31. On the other hand, the PML-Q spokesman has confirmed the resignation of Federal Minister Tariq Bashir Cheema from the ministry. 

He said that Chaudhry Shujaat had given permission to Tariq Bashir Cheema to resign from the post of ministry, which Tariq Bashir Cheema has resigned from the post.

It may be recalled that Tariq Bashir Cheema is a senior leader of PML-Q and a member of the PML-Q National Assembly from Bahawalpur NA-172. Tariq Bashir Cheema is furious with the performance of the federal government for three and a half years. Tariq Bashir Cheema says that I have left the federal cabinet, now I will vote against Imran Khan, I will issue a detailed decision in a while. 

On the other hand, during the meeting between PM Imran Khan and Speaker Punjab Assembly Chaudhry Pervez Elahi, PML-Q chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain said that Chaudhry Pervez Elahi did not want to make a decision but went to listen to the Prime Minister. The parties will be informed of the whole situation.

Whatever decision is taken will be made in consultation with the allies
