ISLAMABAD – The Central Power Purchasing Agency (CPPA) has requested to increase the price of electricity by Rs 3.15 per unit.
According to private TV Dunya News, the CPPA has requested an increase in the fuel adjustment for March. If approved, it would impose an additional burden of Rs 41.98 billion on the people. NEPRA will hear the petition on April 28.
According to private TV, ISCO has sought adjustment of Rs 5.33 billion, LESCO Rs 12.93 billion, Gapco Rs 4.66 billion, and Fesco Rs 4.11 billion.
