During the hearing, the plaintiff’s lawyer said that the police did not inspect the scene nor did they take any CCTV footage of the farmhouse.

The victim’s mobile phone could not be recovered and the CDR of the mobile phone was not taken. The lawyer asked the court to include provisions of terrorism, kidnapping, and intimidation in the case.
