Jakarta – A strong earthquake in Indonesia, the largest Muslim country in terms of population, shook a large part of the country.
A greatness 6.6 seismic tremor shook the Indonesian island of Java on Friday, as indicated by the US Geological Survey. The epicenter was reported southwest of the island at a depth of 37 km.
According to foreign media, the quake was so strong that its tremors were also felt in the capital Jakarta. The quake in Java left buildings empty and people did not return home after a long time.
The focal point was accounted for underneath the ground, notwithstanding; no torrent alert was given. No casualties were reported
