ISLAMABAD. Due to the non-availability of special judge central court, the hearing of Toshakhana-2 case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and his spouse Bushra Bibi was adjourned on Monday without any proceeding.
Similarly, former prime minister’s plea for weekly telephone conversation with his sons and medical examination could not be heard.
PTI lawyers Usman Riaz Gul and Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry appeared in the court at the Judicial Complex, however, owing to the non-availability of judge Shahrukh Arjumand, the hearing of the Toshakhana-2 case was adjourned until April 28.
